Our work included metal roofing repairs, fastener maintenance, and the installation of durable 6” green K-style commercial gutters and downspouts.

To restore the integrity of WM’s metal roofing system, we conducted extensive repairs and maintenance, addressing critical areas that required attention:

1) Fastener Maintenance:

 We replaced all worn or corroded screws with premium WoodZAC metal-to-wood screws, featuring advanced corrosion resistance and durable EPDM washers for a weather-tight seal. Proper installation ensured fasteners were tightened to the correct depth, preventing leaks and improving overall roof stability.

2) Ribbed Metal Panel Repairs:

Damaged or misaligned roof panels were repaired or re-secured to eliminate gaps, leaks, and weak points. Sealing compounds were applied as needed to reinforce the system and enhance its performance.

3) Installation of Green Commercial 6” K-Style Gutters and Downspouts:

We installed high-capacity 6” K-style commercial gutters in a green finish, perfectly complementing WM’s facility.
